Technician

Ex-Employee, years in the role

"Head of Department and team members in Engineering create a positive work environment."

I work as a technician at the renowned 5-star hotel, Hyatt, in Kuala Lumpur. My responsibilities include maintaining the fcu, electrical, and bcs systems in optimal condition. I have been learning about new technologies related to the Building Control System (BCS) and how to effectively manage the software. My main goal is to ensure that every guest has a satisfactory experience during their stay at Hyatt. I am fortunate to have a supportive Head of Department (HOD) and team who are always there to assist me when needed.

"Take a short break after work and then engage in a game of ping pong."

Half of the staff who were playing ping pong after work finished at 5:30. Team A competed against Team B, and the losing team had to leave because the standby team was ready to take on our staff.
