Welcome to Hup Seng Industries Bhd., a renowned company with a rich history in the biscuits and confectionery food industry. Incorporated on 4th October 1991, we proudly earned our position on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 2nd November 2000. Our success is reflected in our three subsidiaries: Hup Seng Perusahaan Makanan (M) Sdn. Bhd. (HSPM), Hup Seng Hoon Yong Brothers Sdn. Bhd. (HSHY), and In-Comix Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (In-Comix), all dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of crackers/biscuits and confectionery food items.

Our journey began in 1958 when Hup Seng (合成), meaning "Success with Teamwork" in Chinese, was established as Hup Seng Co., a partnership founded by four visionary brothers who served as the Group's Directors. As our business expanded and capital requirements grew, Hup Seng Co. evolved, leading to the foundation of HSPM in 1974. Subsequently, in 1977, HSHY was incorporated to manage trading activities, and in 2005, HSIB acquired 100% equity interest in In-Comix.

Today, Hup Seng stands tall as one of Malaysia's leading manufacturers of crackers and biscuits, consistently delivering quality products to our valued customers.

At HSIB, we prioritize our shareholders' interests and have adopted a progressive Dividend Policy. Since the Financial Year ended 31st December 2009, we distribute an annual dividend payout of at least 60% of the net profit after tax, affirming our commitment to rewarding our stakeholders.
