My boss allows me to work in a flexible and free environment where I can access the internet freely and even use social media like Facebook during work hours as long as it doesn't affect my productivity. The office also has a modern and clean pantry where I can enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee during my break. The restroom is well-maintained and resembles a hotel restroom. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that there are no strict office policies to adhere to and all my colleagues are friendly and pleasant to work with.
