You will expect to learn and gain knowledge and exposure in talent sourcing methodology, recruitment & selection processes, candidate and client management, sales & marketing as well as database management. You will also gain experience in working amongst an established team, you will develop the skills to undertake a 360 degree consulting role. You will also gain knowledge in strategic sales and business development, market scanning, pitching and winning mandates as well as building and maintaining a business unit. At the same time, you will be given the opportunity t fast track your career with us to become Team Leader and Manager managing your own team.
