Hughes-Castell was the first legal recruitment consultancy to target Asia, and we celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2011. Hughes-Castell (Hong Kong) Limited was formally established in 1986 and we opened our branch office in Singapore in 2001. Our China practice has seen record growth, and we opened our consultancy office in Beijing in 2005 to build on our extensive client relationships. Hughes-Castell has pioneered legal recruitment and helped lawyers find excellent jobs not only in Hong Kong, but also in Singapore, the PRC, Japan, Thailand, UAE and India. We have also undertaken assignments in Korea, Vietnam and Malaysia. Our approach is to build long-term relationships and always strive to add value beyond pure recruitment.
