A typical work day involves encountering errors that need to be resolved quickly. I have gained a lot of knowledge about CCTV systems and have found the management to be good. My co-worker provides valuable advice about the job and future opportunities. The most challenging aspect of the job is meeting client deadlines, which requires quick problem-solving. The most satisfying part of the job is being able to independently solve problems. Additionally, interacting with a variety of people has helped improve my communication skills.
