The culture is very welcoming and friendly. Sales can be challenging, but I quickly learned from my more experienced colleagues in just one month. I enjoyed meeting clients, discussing our product, and building strong relationships by being honest about what we could offer. Despite facing rejection during cold calls, I persevered by making around 50 calls daily when not in meetings. Any job can be enjoyable if managed effectively. Treat your job as a part of your life, and you will only see positive results and satisfaction by approaching it with integrity and happiness.
