The more sales you make, the more benefits you will receive. The rewards are excellent, although there is no EPF/Socso provided. The salary is satisfactory, but it is a contract position, so there is some insecurity if you do not meet your targets. However, it is a great opportunity to learn sales skills with supportive leaders and teammates.
