Working at a highly rated 4-star hotel in the bustling city of Malacca has been a rewarding experience. With 704 rooms, the hotel is always fully booked on weekends and public holidays. Starting as a receptionist, I faced numerous challenges as a frontliner, such as explaining to guests when their requests couldn't be accommodated. After two years, I transitioned to the Sales department as a sales coordinator, where I learned how to meet hotel budget goals. Four months later, I moved to the housekeeping department as a supervisor, facing new challenges in managing staff and room assignments.
