Key Responsibilities

Manage daily HR and administrative operations of the nursing home
Handle recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
Prepare staff documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and staff records
Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff scheduling
Assist in payroll preparation and HRIS updates
Ensure compliance with labour laws, nursing home policies, and healthcare regulations
Maintain employee files and HR documentation properly
Coordinate training, onboarding, and orientation for new staff and caregivers
Handle purchasing, office supplies, and administrative tasks
Liaise with management, nurses, caregivers, and external authorities when necessary.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years experience in HR or Admin role (healthcare or nursing home experience is an advantage)
Familiar with HR documentation, payroll, and labour law compliance
Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SQL Payroll or HR system) is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and handle confidential information
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
