Being here for a year and a half has been a great experience, but eventually you will have to decide whether to move on or face unemployment. However, there is always a silver lining in every situation. Having fewer rest days makes you value your time, family, and the brevity of life. The lack of benefits forces you to be more cautious in your decisions and appreciate the things you have.
