Delegate and organize departmental workload according to project assignments
Co-ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other subsidiary of operation group.
Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Systems, Quality Engineering and Incoming Quality activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of the Quality System and Process Control System. Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching.
Provide support to the Business Managers and maintain an active role in functions involving customers.
Ensure periodic Internal Quality Audit is done to measure the efficiency of the Quality Function.
Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminar for the Quality Assurance staff
Ensure effective corrective action plans pertaining to customer complaints on product quality
Monitor company performance in terms of quality, rejection and etc issues
Update to management the status of quality in a regular basis
Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control with good understanding of quality requirements and production processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or supervisor roles.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme and experience in customer & supplier management.
Sound knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques.
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with ISO 9001 & inspection skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skill.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
