Ground Data Solutions (GDS) R&D Sdn Bhd is a MSC-status and ISO-certified Malaysian company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and has been proudly offering an array of services in Airborne LiDAR and Imagery surveys since 1991. We have served both government and private sector clients for more than 30 years and have successfully completed more than 130 projects worldwide. GDS is the only Malaysian company that builds, owns and operates LiDAR systems, and is continuously involved in R&D, both in systems development and applications of LiDAR data. The state-of-the art LiDAR technology provides accurate terrain information in digital format, thus greatly facilitating analyses, simulations and modeling. Our work has been used across numerous applications such as infrastructure development, power, urban planning, flood studies, agriculture, forestry, oil & gas, and mining.
