About Galaxy Three Mobile Group Sdn Bhd

We are company that supply mobile internet devices (i.e. comprise of huge range of Android Os M.I.B/Tablets/Phones) within Malaysia area and we are expanding fast. In this connection, we are in need of an accounts executive, preferably with a few years experiences in using accounting softwares to work in our finance team and the duties of an accounts executive would be as follows:-

 

- Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports;

- Performing checking and analysis on the works done by the account manager on weekly basis;

- To highlight and inform the accounts manager accordingly upon discovery of wrong accounting entries     done; 
- Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol; and
- Perform credit control tasks via telephone calls such as:

  (a) deciding whether or not to offer the credit;

  (b) ensuring customers pay on time; and

  (c) negotiating re-payment plan.
