About FR Resources Enterprise

The Company was incorporated on 15th February 2012 and is located at No.157-1,Jalan Permas 9/12,Bandar Baru Permas Jaya,*1750 Masai,Johor.It’s business  goal is to provide accurate and honest financial advisory services at the most competitive price to a different set of clientele.Previously this business activity was taken up by it’s related company,FRA Resources Sdn Bhd.

 

FRA Resources Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 16 December 2010 with an authorized and paid-up capital of RM 100,000.The business activities carried out by FRA Resources Sdn Bhd are financial advisory services, labour/manpower supply,sub-contracting and general trading.In the year 2012,we decided to incorporate this new company i.e.FR Resources Enterprise.In the year 2014,we also incorporated another company i.s.Gaya Excellence Enterprise. For the year 2015,we are planning to restructure our companies according to business activities  and clientele type.

 

As such,FR Resources Enterprise will solely be responsible for the provision of financial advisory and related services for a specific clientele whereas Gaya Excellence Enterprise will take over the labour/manpower supply and sub-contracting activities.FRA Resources Sdn Bhd will be providing financial advisory services for a different set of clientele and also be involved in general trading.
