Job Position:
F&B Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

Work Location JB : AUSTIN & KULAI

【Job Responsibilities】

Assist in managing daily F&B operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Supervise and guide the service team to ensure adherence to service procedures and standards
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and appropriate resolutions
Assist in inventory control and ordering to ensure stock sufficiency and cost control
Maintain effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to improve teamwork efficiency

【Requirements】

Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in F&B or hospitality management is an advantage
At least 2 years of experience in F&B service, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills
Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
Proficient in basic computer software; POS system experience is a plus
