Today, the company is licensed to carry on the regulated activity of financial planning pursuant to the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 by Securities Commission to provide financial plan to assist individuals and corporations to achieve efficient and effective wealth protection, wealth preservation, wealth creation and wealth distribution. In addition, to protect and secure individuals and corporations future fiduciary affairs through legislated regulations that oversee the integrity of all trust holdings and transactions, Flora Trustee Berhad is formed.
