I receive tasks from my Managing Director, Project Manager, and Supervisor, then I explain and delegate them to my Junior colleagues. The management treated everyone fairly, creating a positive work environment. The most challenging moments were when last-minute urgent tasks required me to stay back until midnight. The most rewarding part was receiving bonuses and salary increases during Chinese New Year.
