I joined FELEMENT shortly after graduation as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Managing Director. This journey has given me much more than just a normal job. At FELEMENT, I have gained real business exposure, received guidance from my colleagues and leaders, and had opportunities to support different departments. Through these experiences, I have been able to learn, contribute, and grow step by step. From Executive Assistant, I am now involved in HR-related projects and have also been given the opportunity to explore Branding by contributing ideas that support the company’s brand development.
