Exis Tech Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2002 and currently has its headquarters in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. We specialise in designing and manufacturing industrial automation solutions, with particular emphasis and expertise in back-end semiconductor test handlers.

Our products include turret-based and linear pick-and-place handlers, as well as customized solutions that incorporate the advantages of both designs. We have a highly-skilled team of engineers who are able to design and assemble solutions for even the most challenging automation requirements.

Exis Tech has an extensive network of sales and support personnel in many countries and regions, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, China, Taiwan, the European Union and the Americas.
