Exemplar Marketing was founded in 1984. This was the early days of the PC industry. Our initial business was supplying computer media such as diskettes, data cartridges, printer ribbons, toners and ink cartridges. Due to our steady growth, the company was incorporated into a private limited company (sdn. bhd.) on 2nd January 1990.

As more and more of our customers were looking for genuine software from a trusted source, Exemplar Marketing expanded into computer software in the year 1992. In those 'olden' days, companies were still using Dos 6.0, Wordstar 6.0, Wordperfect 5.0 Dos, Lotus 1-2-3 Dos 2.3, Dbase IV Dos, Harvard Graphics 2.0 Dos, Windows 3.11 and Microsoft Office 4.0.
