About Us
AGBA delivers structured badminton programmes for children and adults in Singapore. We provide a positive, inclusive environment, low student-to-coach ratios, and a clear progression system to help students improve with confidence.

Role Overview
Conduct engaging and structured lessons across different age groups and skill levels, focusing on skill development, safety, enjoyment, and measurable progression.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and/or private lessons (beginner to advanced)
• Teach fundamentals: grip, footwork, strokes, movement, and tactics
• Deliver structured sessions aligned with AGBA curriculum
• Adapt coaching for mixed ability groups
• Track progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Maintain a safe, positive, and organised training environment
• Support events, camps, and programmes when required

Requirements

• Passion for coaching and player development
• Strong communication and class management skills
• Responsible and positive attitude
• Coaching experience is a MUST

Preferred

• Coaching experience in academies, schools, or clubs
• Relevant certifications (e.g. NAC, SBTA, BWF, NROC or equivalent)
• Experience coaching competitive players
• First Aid or CPR certification
