Esteem Innovation is a leading Malaysian software-house involved in the research, development and marketing of the building software products for the building and construction industry. Esteem integrated total solution software has been chosen as the key productivity tools in many structural consulting engineering firms locally. Esteem products have been in the market for more than 15 years. Esteem Innovation continually employs the latest IT innovations, architectural, engineering knowledge and management trends to make it one of the most agile and needs-filling IT company in the building and construction industry.

From a humble beginning, the company has established itself locally as the leader of reinforced concrete structural software in the knowledge-based field. Esteem software is currently used by more than 700 consulting firms in Malaysia and 30 consulting firms in Singapore. The major achievements are the release of Windows based Esteem version 5.0 in 1998, Finite Element 3 dimensional EsteemPlus version 6.2 in 2002, Esteem 7 in 2007, Esteem 7.5 International in 2009. Currently, the company continues in R & D for Esteem version 8 software products and marketing.

Esteem Innovation develops the structural engineering software products for the building and construction industry. It does marketing and customer support throughout West Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Brunei(5), Singapore(30) and New Zealand(12). Esteem products are included in course contents of the Civil and Structural Faculty of many leading Universities in Malaysia, namely UiTM, UKM, USM, UMS, etc. Esteem regularly holds educational seminars for the structural engineers throughout Malaysia and Singapore. In one particular Esteem educational seminar by Ir. M C Hee on 23 June 2004, it attracted a record attendance of 270 engineers and academicians. Esteem continually organises public seminars, lecture talks in Universities and in-house training since then. The most recently held Technical Talk on RC Building Design using Esteem 7.1(BEM Approved CPD 8 points) attracted attendance of 245 engineers in KL(Oct 2008) and 260 engineers in KK, Kuching, JB, Singapore and Penang(Feb 2009)
