Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large, shift-based employee base across multiple locations.
Ensure accuracy in salary calculations including day and night shift differentials, and attendance-linked incentives.
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage employee benefits, deductions, and taxation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for internal and external audits.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax codes, and labor legislation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Securesoft system, Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior payroll role
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including Malaysian labor laws, statutory contributions, and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and precision
Proficient in using payroll software (Securesoft) and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll information to clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle payroll-related issues
Committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
