I have been employed for my entire adult life, starting right after college, which was about 30 years ago. Throughout my career, I have encountered various types of bosses. Unfortunately, most of them are the type who give orders without considering any suggestions, believing they are the sole decision-makers for the company. The boss at Elquator is no different, as he also sees himself as the company's main decision-maker. However, the difference here is that the company is owned by a European entity. It's not always smooth sailing, but in order to reap the benefits, we must give our best to the company. After all, we are paid to do so. If we put in the effort, the boss will take notice.
