Performing PPM has become a regular task that must be done instead of waiting for devices to become damaged. We collaborate to address issues and complete assigned tasks. Additionally, user training sessions are conducted to educate users on proper device usage, promoting good communication and device maintenance.

In my assessment of the company, I believe that the benefits of working there outweigh the adjustments they had to make. I would rate them an 8 out of 10. The staff is well-informed and I found the experience to be educational, particularly in learning about Worker's Comp laws and regulations. Working in this new environment was a learning experience, and I encountered a variety of individuals. Each day brought new knowledge and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The most challenging aspect of the job is the pressure to complete tasks promptly, but the most rewarding part is being able to assist others.
