History
eco-ezy sdn bhd was formed in year 2009 in the event of a Partnership Facility Program (PFP) between Associated company – Newtronics (M) Sdn Bhd and Danish Company – Servodan A/S in year 2002. This PFP program involved with a technology transferred from Denmark to Malaysia and sponsored by Danish Government.
Under this PFP program, partner Servodan transferred lighting control technology and design know-how to Newtronics. Newtronics produced daylight control and export to Denmark since 2003 till now. Newtronics’ duty in this PFP is to promote energy efficiency concept into ASEAN markets. Thus, to segregate the business trade from production, eco-ezy sdn bhd was formed in 2009 to handle sales marketing and projects. Company is new but experience is old.
