Overall purpose of role:
The Client Service Executive will work as part of the local market team supporting our growing supplier business, reporting to the Senior Client Director.
Develop foundation “Shopper” understanding and build knowledge of dunnhumby insight and media solutions to deliver brilliant work that drives customer loyalty, sales and supplier collaboration through;
- Insight into Action – develop workplans with suppliers to maximise profitable usage of all insight & media solutions and link into Tesco category objectives/ plans.Supplier Insight Solutions Deployment - learn to use the Shop and other dunnhumby tools to effectively participate in client projects and provide support to our clients.Knowledge Management - continuously update and build knowledge of categories, Tesco and dunnhumby initiatives to ensure products and services are relevant to client needs.
The role is based in Kuala Lumpur.
