What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Advisor, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering excellent customer experiences. 作为汽车销售顾问，你将负责为客户提供专业的购车建议与优质服务，帮助客户找到最适合的车辆。

Your Responsibilities:

Assist customers in choosing vehicles that suit their needs and budget
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotions
Conduct test drives and professional product demonstrations
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service
Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs
Handle sales documentation and assist with loan & registration processes
Coordinate with banks, insurance agents, and internal departments
Promote vehicles through social media and online platforms
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and company marketing events
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

建立并维护良好的客户关系
跟进客户咨询及销售机会
达成每月销售目标及公司 KPI
协助处理贷款、注册及销售文件
与银行、保险代理及内部部门协调交车流程
通过社交媒体及线上平台推广车辆
参与车展、路演及公司活动以开发潜在客户
持续了解市场趋势、产品资讯及竞争对手动态
提供售后跟进服务，提高客户满意度及回购率

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher is an advantage)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience in automotive sales or related industries is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with strong negotiation abilities
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and independent
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Possess a valid driving license
Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage

有汽车销售或相关行业经验者优先考虑
良好的沟通与人际交往能力
具备客户服务意识及谈判技巧
积极主动，具销售冲劲，能独立工作
具备基本电脑及社交媒体操作能力
拥有有效驾驶执照
能配合周末及公共假期工作安排
能够使用中文沟通者优先（方便与华人客户交流）
