Update and monitor all the details of shipping documents (invoices/packing list/from D/Bill of ladings) and dealer allocation with full requirement in shipping summary year record.
Responsible to apply JK69/AP in DagangNet system (approval process within 7 working days). Application must be attached with documents requirement. Once JK69/AP approved, upload all the JK69/AP, email to the rest of PIC – forwarding. After clearance ends, update and record all the data in the shipping summary year record.
Keep update in “Laporan Import” (incoming shipment) and “Laporan Jualan” (outgoing/sales) for MITI for the rest of motorcycles on a monthly basis. Email the report and summary table record to MITI before or on the 10th of each month.
Perform invoicing functions by generating accurate billing and timely invoices. Receive all the details by account email (complete with dealer allocation details, date and price). Issue sales invoices for all motorcycle brands in Wshop Pro system.
Manage all Purchase Orders and issue PRF for incoming invoices, prepare and update various ordering issues in Wshop Pro system.
Timely update “Cost Optimisation Work Record” for all brands with data received from forwarding agents’ invoices.
Process PAM (Myanmar Ordering Parts) ordering through H-D.NET system and invoicing process in Wshop Pro system.
Generate monthly sales registration report (Edaftar) for all brands. Update inventory report on stock balance for H-D on a monthly basis.
Update Management Monthly Report – Sales, Import, and average cost for all brands.
Responsible for any MITI-related requirements. Issue letters according to the requirement. Apply and monitor yearly quota for Didi Automotive and Didi Resources.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the head of GA or any other matters as instructed from time to time – administrative jobs.
Keep up to date with national and international legislation, guidelines, and practices.
