Working here has taught me a lot, whether it's knowledge about diamonds, sales skills, or computer operations. As long as you are willing to learn, everyone is willing to teach. The manager's management system is also very good, treating us not only as colleagues, but also as their own younger sisters to guide and mentor. Colleagues are also very supportive, always willing to help each other and discuss any concerns or uncertainties together. The most challenging part of the job is figuring out how to do better every day, but this is also where we need to improve. Without pressure, there would be no motivation. The most interesting thing is that even though the boss is not physically present, they always care about us. The boss is extremely kind, and we are very grateful for their guidance, as we wouldn't be where we are today without them.
