Dexalon Sdn Bhd (Dexalon) is fire engineering team that provide a service to projects which will be of great value to the scheme.
 
We apply our experience and understanding of fire safety issues to
provide a full fire safety engineering service for this project that will utilise
innovative fire engineering solutions and strategies to deliver a building that
is safe whilst meeting the architectural, operational and fiscal aspirations
for the scheme.
 
Dexalon will proactively co-ordinate with the design team on all fire safety
issues, identify value engineering opportunities and actively pursue them
where agreed by the design team.

  • We deliver practical and buildable fire safety solutions.
  • We seek to develop robust fire safety engineering solutions that provide design flexibility, allowing other aspects of the project to be designed in parallel with our works.

  • We have considerable experience in agreeing fire engineered solutions on performance based solution with both the statutory authorities and Client Services.

    Our normal experience on other projects that may benefit the present project are as such:
     
    • Provide a strategy that will be responsive to changes in the scheme and remain valid in the future.
    • Provide a co-ordinated smoke control strategy that will utilise the day to day extract systems to reduce costs and increase reliability.
    • Reduce the fire protection requirements for the structural elements.
    • The fire strategy for any project should co-ordinate fully with the operational aspirations of the scheme. The building will need to operate efficiently every day, but may never need to respond to a fire. If fire issues are allowed to dominate the design and conflict with the operational needs, over time the fire precautions will deteriorate.

      tailor a fire strategy to meet these requirements. In this way, the design
