Job Description – Feed Mill Specialist Technical Helper

Position Title: Technical Helper Reports To: SP Lim – Feed Mill Specialist Location: Delstasia Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Objective

To ensure smooth support, compliant implementation of DMX7 and feed processing technical related matters at client sites in local and oversea assignment by overseeing product application, machine performance, sample collection, and clients support, strictly under the supervision of direct superior.

Key Responsibilities

1. All Works Related Feed Specialist Dept

• Preparation, coordination and hands on works on feed trials assignments, feed processing matters as per the SOP, preparation checklist and instruction.

• Ensure everything is well ready and implemented.

• Focus on getting work done smoothly in a well-managed time frame.

• To liaise and work with client’s team members with real-time work with support documents.

• To liaise with Delst internal related dept related to feed matters.

• Need to assist other related dept especially engineering dept during no assignment works or free working time.

2. Client Training

• Train client team on feed trial works on site and in real time.

• Coordinate with client team on share information requirement.

• All feed trial information and data must be verified and confirmed by cli

3. Local Feed mill Visits (1–2 Times Monthly)

• To Promote good relationship with their management and production team

• To find out DMX usage dosing rate in any type of feed ration.

• Collect post-application feed samples (200–300g) all type of feed as per Delst protocol.

• To do the necessary SOP standard test on all feed sample before pass it to Delst internal lab.

• Complete Field Visit Report and get client sign-off.

• Submit all visit reports and updates strictly to direct superior.

4. Lab Coordination

• Maintain chain of custody for collected samples.

• Ensure delivery of samples to the lab within 24 hours.

• Review lab results (moisture, microbial load, homogeneity, and efficacy) and include findings in the monthly report.

5. Monthly Summary Report

• Prepare a detailed monthly report including:

o Sample test results

o Recommendations for improvement

• Share this report with direct Superior, who will coordinate further communication with the client and MD.

6. Incident Reporting & Misunderstanding

• Immediately inform the Superior of any feed quality related issues.

• Take initial corrective actions within 48 hours and support the Superior in RCA documentation.

• Escalation in Delst is to be done only via the Superior unless a critical emergency requires otherwise to HR.

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain:

o All Feed Trial Doc Form

o Field Visit Log

o Sample Collection Register

o Client Visit Record

o Meeting Discussion Log

• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE at all times if as requir
