This is an excellent location to work. Responsibilities include welcoming individuals as they enter the building, identifying the reason for their visit, and guiding them to their intended destination. Additionally, there is a weekly task of checking and organizing office supplies in the meeting room. It is important to keep the lobby, pantry, HRA store room, and meeting room clean and organized. The pantry should be stocked with beverages and snacks according to approved quantities, and any necessary purchases should be requested to maintain adequate stock levels.
