Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and founded by Lily Lau and Arthur F. Carmazzi, Culture Dynamics DCI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a joint-venture partnership between Culture Dynamics and Directive Communication International.
As a combined force, we strive to be the leader in training, facilitation and consultancy in organizational and human development using Directive Communication Psychology. It is a training methodology developed by Arthur F. Carmazzi that affects how people act and react in groups. It is a foundational science for influencing team dynamics to cultivate high performance cooperative work cultures, leadership and personal excellence across any discipline within an organization.
Culture Dynamics believes that every individual has the capabilities to excel with given opportunity, and our role is to transpire and make a difference in people’s lives.
