CtrlShift has a close-knit team and a fun work environment where daily life is filled with laughter and interesting events. It is a great place to learn about digital and kickstart a career. However, the management seems to lack direction in terms of their identity as an agency, trading desk, or technology company. While their product is good, it still needs to be proven and lacks a clear direction. Despite this, the training and support provided make CtrlShift a great place to begin a career in digital and technology. In my opinion, there is a lack of career progression, and employees who have been there for more than 5 years may feel stagnant or lost.
