The work environment at this workplace is very pleasant due to the moderate temperature, which averages between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. I have gained valuable skills in handling reservations and bookings, greeting guests, addressing guest requests and complaints calmly, and answering phone calls with a professional voice. Additionally, I have learned how to use the hotel's system and maintain records and files. The most challenging aspect of the job is during weekends or school holidays when the hotel is near a popular attraction, resulting in a full house and busy departments. However, the most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new friends from various countries such as India, Indonesia, and Nepal.
