Coolweb (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is an Information Technology (IT) outsourcing company established in the year 2000. Our scope encompasses Operational Services, IT Service Desk, IT Procurement Management, IT Systems Health checks & Reporting, IT & Network Security Management, I.M.A.C. (Installations, Moves, Adds and Changes) and providing W.A.N. (Wide Area Network) Infrastructure.

 

Our day to day operations are in compliance with the widely accepted Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework as we not only provide our clientele with IT solutions but at the same time we provide them with Continuity Services, such as IT health checks which minimize business downtime. We utilize Incident Monitor™, an ITIL compliant Service Desk tool which is capable of registering an incident lodged by a client, tracking its progress and notifying the client via email about the incidents resolution.

 

Our current goal is to target local organisations and provide them with our rock solid and proven IT outsourcing services. Coolweb is dedicated to being actively involved in Malaysia’s ICT deployment and we are constantly adding new services as well as improving existing ones to better serve our customers.
