About Concepts Groups of Companies
We, Concepts Group, established our business since 1991 in Malaysia, consisting of a network of 13 companies that provide one-stop human resource management services to our clients. Besides, we do also provide free consultation and advice to our clients on particular services required, eg : direct recruitment from overseas, transportation management, hostel management, payroll management, workers iscipline management, workers elfare, counseling, training and so on. In summary, we are able to work out the packages for our clients in accordance to the required services relating to Human Resource Management.
Our professionalism in meeting clients needs through reliable and hassle-free manpower have been recognized by valuable and long-term business clients, such as local, MNC and public listed companies from automotive, construction, electronics, manufacturing, plantation and service sectors.
We have own recruitment centers and training centers throughout Malaysia in Selangor, Penang, Kedah, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak, Melaka and Johor Bharu; and engaged with associate partners in overseas, such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and other source-labour countries.
To monitor the records for more than thousands of workers in the Company, we have custom-made a software system to track the movements and activities of all workers. Furthermore, in order to cater for the requirements of EICC Standard and international quality management system, we are in the process of upgrading a new Web-Base Payroll System o centralize and simplify the workflow of Company. This friendly user system allows our clients monitoring the relevant workers salary, payroll and attendance record online.
