Commerze Capital Sdn Bhd (CCSB), established in 2007, specializes in providing financial solutions to local businesses, with a focus on Shariah-compliant invoice factoring, invoice financing, and Bank Negara certified services. With approvals from Bank Negara Malaysia and the Ministry of Finance (MOF), CCSB offers a range of financing options, including factoring of invoices for government projects through the MOF's e-Perolehan system. Our services primarily target SMEs engaged in contract businesses with the Government, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), and selected public-listed companies. Led by Managing Director/CEO Tuan Haji Shahrom Latif, a seasoned banker with over 15 years of experience, and supported by a team of professionals with extensive banking and finance backgrounds, CCSB has experienced significant growth. The addition of shareholder and Board member Tuan Haji Azmi Katiman in 2015 further strengthened our business development capabilities, leveraging his extensive network and experience. With a commitment to providing tailored financial solutions and fostering long-term partnerships, CCSB continues to thrive in the dynamic landscape of financial services.
