I have improved as a teacher and gained valuable knowledge that has helped me progress. The management is strict yet fair, and the workplace culture emphasizes working hard while also enjoying oneself. Overcoming bad habits was a challenge, but staff parties were a highlight. The management ensures that we are always well-informed about our tasks.

A positive, efficient, and grateful work environment with a management team that is highly organized and fair in their decision-making, particularly in terms of compensation and workload. I began with a salary of RM 2500 in 2020, and over the course of three years, my salary was raised to RM 3000, representing an annual increase of approximately 6.7%.
