I work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm. During this time, I have learned how to effectively communicate with tenants both in person and over the phone. The management team shows genuine care for their staff. The work environment is enjoyable, with a supportive and sporty manager who treats us like family. He has a lot of responsibilities and maintains professional communication with the rest of the staff. The most challenging aspect of the job is when we have audits from management, which sometimes require us to stay at the office until midnight to count all the stocks in the store. However, the most rewarding part of the job is when our manager works alongside us to help resolve any issues that arise.
