About China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park (Guangxi) Development Co.Ltd.

The China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park  (Guangxi) Development Co. Ltd. (CMQIP) is a joint venture between Chinese Consortium (main shareholders: China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park (Guangxi) Investment Services Company and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Affairs Group) and Malaysian Consortium (major shareholders: RH Group and SP Setia).

 

CMQIP is a flagship project of investment cooperation bewtween China and Malaysia and is the third park jointly built by the Chinese government and a foreign government following the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park and the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. CMQIP, together with its sister projects the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP), represents a new model of "Two Counties,Twin Parks" for international coopertaion on industrial Park.

 

CMQIP is a planned area of 55sq km with designed population of 500,000. Located in the south of Qinzhou city and close to Guangxi Qinzhou Free Trade Port Area and the state-level Qinzhou Port Econimic and Technologycal Development Zone. CMQIP  will be devided into : 

a) Indusrial Area 30.2 sqkm

b) R&D Area 2.4 sqkm

c) Service Aea 3.8 sqkm

d) Residential Area 18.6 sqkm

 

The CMQIP representatives office in Malaysia is aim to have promotion and marketing awareness for Malaysian investor and also international investor. CMQIP aims to build a model indutrial park for win-win cooperation between Chin a and ASEAN. featuring an advanced manufacturing base, an infromation smart corridor, a mordern eco-city with cultural depth and a platform for cooperation and exchanges. CMQIP not only serve CHinese and Malaysia enterprises but also welcomes investors from all over the world. With support from the Chinese and Malaysians governments and active participation of business around the world, CMQIP will serve as a new platform, driver and highlight in CHina's pratical cooperation with ASEAN countries.
