To ensure inventory accuracy at check-in and check-out, and checking the move inventory by scheduling material to be moved to and from store and coordinating inventory transfer.
Responsible in monthly checking for stock count. To prepare and ensure accurate inventory reports
Monitor and maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis in store operations.
Responsible for daily receiving, issuing and delivery activities. To record daily deliveries.
Monitor and maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the store.
Responsible for accurate maintenance of stock and inventory records. ·
Maintain proper filing all documentation.
Identifying store operation system improvement.
Ensure store security and proper management in term of store management.
Ensure all the tools in the store are kept properly.
Aware of the balance of stock.
Perform any duties as assigned.
In-charge and manage the store and surrounding area.
