CEO Consultancy was founded in 2000 and incorporated in 2001 to address a growing need among high-technology companies -- world-class engineering talent to help develop new products or core applications, at the economics to allow a company to be globally competitive. We are a global software and product development company with engineering expertise to develop new products fast and economically.We established our Development Center in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia in 2002 with 3 engineers and have grown to be over 25 engineers in 4 short years. We chose KL because it is both the capital of Malaysia and the hub of technology in SE Asia. Our engineering workforce is highly educated, many with advanced degrees from internationally known universities. Since our opening, we have attracted the best and brightest engineers the region has to offer.

 

We provide a complete range of software development services. Typically we take our customers through the entire life cycle & documentation (SDLC). Starting with the development of the functional specification and project planning, development of the Software Architecture Design Document (SADD), the User Interface Design Document (UIDD), I/O file related documentation, web services, performance tuning, Unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing. We have completed a diverse set of projects. We focus on having world-class engineering talent that can bring state-of-the-art products to market.
