CCCC Dredging Southeast Asia Sdn. Bhd., a local company wholly owned by CDC and represent CDC to conduct business in Malaysia.

CCCC Dredging (Group) Co., Ltd. (CDC) founded in May 2015, is a specialized sub-group of China Communication Construction Company Ltd. (CCCC, 1800. HK, **1800.SH), by injecting its three wholly-owned subsidiaries(i)Tianjin Dredging Company, (ii) Shanghai Dredging Company, and (iii) Guangzhou Dredging Company. Three of them all have a long history and have been the pioneers for Chinese dredging industry. They had witnessed development and glory of the dredging industry of Chinese dredging

businesses over centuries. In 2016, Eco-Environmental Protection Investments Company and Marine Construction & Development Company were freshly established to put new energy and extend rising business fields for the whole Group. Globally, with six subsidiaries including Hong Kong Marine Construction Company, CDC has outstandingly reached a leading position in dredging

and maritime industry.

Up to now, we have over 9100 employees with registered capital of 11.7 billion RMB and total asset of over 78.798 billion RMB. CDC owns China’s largest and most advanced dredging fleet. For the year ended December of 2016, we ranked the first globallyin terms of both hopper capacity of our trailing suction hopper dredgers and total installed power of our cutter suctiondredgers.
