We are hiring for a General Manager to helm our Malay restaurant . The candidate will be responsible for the short and long term planning of the food and beverage operations in line with the company’s vision; and manages the front and back of house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

The role involves managing and achieving of profit and quality for all food and beverage operations. 

Responsibilities:

Business Operations

Initiate and lead strategic planning of business segment to be in line with Group’s vision

Responsible for overall operations of the business unit, including and not limited to revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, marketing, customer service management

Responsible for the profit and loss of overall business unit

Analyse market trends and develop business plans to drive business expansion and growth

Direct negotiation policy and develop negotiation limits

Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships

Strategize service operations processes

Champion a service excellence ethos

People Management

Oversee all employees related matters including but not limited to talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation and disciplinary matters

Responsible for the recruitment and selection of right talents

Motivate and lead the team members to meet organizational goals

Adhering to Quality and Standards

Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures

Ensure full compliance with food and occupational safety regulations

Enforce and sure upholding of hygiene and safety standards at all restaurants

Skills/Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the capacity of Senior Management

Strong leadership qualities and able to promote team spirit and motivate the whole team

Keen sense of business acumens

Good people management skills
