The supervisor did not put any pressure on me for work. We worked in a relaxed manner, as they appeared to be very laid-back every day. However, I prefer to be in a more stressful environment as it motivates me to achieve greater things. I believe stress can be a driving force for people. The most challenging aspect of the job is communicating with colleagues who do not have a background in quantity surveying. Despite their years of experience, we sometimes have disagreements on how to measure certain parts of the project.
