Although the workload is demanding, it is rewarding in terms of personal development. Everyone is expected to have at least a CELTA qualification, making the environment professional. The company is willing to invest in further development by covering the costs. The salary may not be great, but the healthcare benefits are excellent, with the exception of dental coverage. Overall, it is a great organization for professional English as a second language educators.
