[Work Details]

- Manage your company portfolio on online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, product updates, delisting, returns management, inventory accuracy, and store content creation and updates.

- Manage the daily operations of marketplace channels on Shopee and Lazada.

- Ensure attractive deals, prices and promotions are accurately set up on the platform.

- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.

- Build strong relationships with platform partners.

- Support and update managers on business and operational issues.

- Manage online store operations and analyze brand store performance.

- Analyze and report sales performance, market competitiveness, trends, etc. and suggest improvement measures.

- Analyze and monitor Shopee and Lazada ads.

- Collaborate with marketing agencies and other vendor partners to deliver monthly marketing content and/or campaigns across all channels (both online and offline), including social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, vendor stores, events, and exhibitions.
